Casinos Of GTA: San Andreas

GTA: San Andreas is a 2004 open world action game that depicts a fictionalised version of California and Nevada. Players can explore several interesting casinos. These are found in a part of the game map which depicts Las Vegas. Since this is a parody of the real world, the city is called Las Venturas and is a more comical version of Vegas.

Las Venturas Casinos

  • The Four Dragons

This gambling establishment has an East Asian theme. This is shown clearly by the architecture and general decor. It is based on the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. In its centre is a large bar where patrons can be seen ordering drinks. This area is where players can engage in roulette and blackjack.

Every game table has a different maximum bet. This can be anywhere from $100 to $1 million. If players run out of funds then they can still make bets by borrowing from the casino. However, these funds will be deducted once players have won them back.

There are also video slots and wheels of fortune inside the Four Dragons. Players can place less risky wagers on these compared to blackjack and roulette. If players come up with a good strategy then they win a considerable amount of money. This could be in the millions if they have enough patience.

  • Caligula’s Palace

As the name suggests, this casino is based on Caesar’s Palace. It has the same games as the Four Dragons. In the game world it is described as the biggest casino ever built.

It physically resembles Caesar’s Palace in its exterior and interior. The overall design is also inspired by other real Las Vegas casinos. For instance, there is a water feature that is similar to the one seen at Bellagio.

  • Casino Floor

This is a much smaller building that can be found just outside of central Las Venturas. The front sign simply reads “Casino” and when players enter the interior is labelled “Casino Floor”. The games on offer include wheels of fortune, blackjack, video poker and even a pool table.
